ABOUT

I am a development practitioner, technologist, and adaptable problem-solver. My work examines how responsible natural resource management can fuel economic growth, accelerate technological innovation, and strengthen local capacity. As a seasoned entrepreneur, I reimagine the role of business in society, aligning purpose with action to confront urgent global challenges.

Leveraging my background in operations, I started a consulting agency that partners with industry leaders to coordinate large-scale initiatives for supply chain digitization and economic development in commodity sectors across Latin America and East Africa.

In response to recurring gaps across the industry, I developed a software platform aimed at empowering the commodities sector with advanced tools to streamline and de-risk trade. The award-winning, venture-backed startup modernized supply chains across Ethiopia as the nation's first licensed e-commerce platform, helping drive the digital revolution forward.

In an effort advance public-private alignment, I regularly contribute to working groups on sustainable supply chains, technology interoperability standards, anti-corruption strategies, and economic development planning. My contributions include editorial publications on commodity market trends, risk mitigation, and trade policy, as well as speaking engagements aimed at fostering collective action toward a more sustainable future.
